Additional Property Attributes

Vacant lot located to the south of Ford building being renovated as boat museum. Site has two UST's and a hydraulic lift. Property will be used to support museum activity.

Former Use: Former site of repair and service station associated with contiguous Ford dealership. UST and Hydraulic lift found in Phase I. Release confirmed in Phase II. Application for Louisiana Voluntary Remediation program submitted.
