The site is located at 806 West Main Street in Clarksville, Texas. The site is a 0.264-acre tract of land that has been improved with an approximate 2,280 square feet s.f. commercial structure and a canopied fuel disperser system. The exterior portions of the site are improved to the north and west of the store with paved parking areas. The current on-site structure served as a filling station and a convenience store approximately 1984 to the early 1990s. The site was not identified under the regulatory database. However, the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality TCEQ Petroleum Storage Tank PST database reported the site was as 807 West Main Street, and indicated that four 6,000-gallon UST�s three gasoline tanks and one diesel tank are present at the site. The site has remained vacant for approximately 15 years and is currently owned by three taxing entities of Red River County the County, the City of Clarksville, and the Texas Independent School District.
