Requires direct contact barrier. This requirement is met by installation of the asphalt parking and driveways, newly constructed buildings and 2 foot clean soil barrier in green spaces. Vapor barrier and mitigation was installed in building addition, however, once building was constructed sub-slab monitoring did not require activation of the sub-slab depressurization system.
