Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site consists of a parcel of land located at 70 Bridge Street, as well as an adjoining parcel identified by the City of Nashua on Assessor�s Map 40, Lot 34 (i.e., Land on Bridge Street parcel). Both properties are located in eastern Nashua, New Hampshire on the corner of Bridge Street and Bancroft Street. The Land on Bridge Street parcel is a vacant wooded lot. The parcel is accessed via the 70 Bridge Street Site which contains a skateboard park. Access to the Site is provided off Bridge Street to the west. The 70 Bridge Street portion of the Site is accessed via a paved driveway that connects to Bancroft Street to the southeast. The Site has remained vacant throughout most of its history, although the 70 Bridge Street parcel is currently utilized as a skateboard park owned by the City of Nashua.
