Additional Property Attributes

Site assessment was done for a redevelopment of the site into mixed use. However, the developer lost the restaurant tenant and decided not to purchase the site. The city is currently looking for a new tenant for the site to attract a new developer.

Former Use: Jack Jones/Miller Building 321 Broad St was built in 1925. It was originally built as a car dealership Miller Motors. It has as far as I know, always been a car dealership. It has been vacant approximately 2.5 years.
