Additional Property Attributes

Phase I ESA found RECs as defined by ASTM Standard Practice E1527-05 including historical use of the property as a retail gasoline facility and potential auto repair activity. Phase I also suggested potential for unregistered and unmaintained USTs to exist on-site. Subsequent Phase II activities included soil and groundwater assessment, geophysical survey, asbestos and lead-based paint surveys. Results of the Phase II revealed three on-site unregistered petroleum USTs, shallow subsurface l impacts above SCTLs in soils, PAHs slightly above GWCTLs, as well as asbestos-containing materials and lead-based paint within the on-site structure.

Former Use: Approximate 0.25-acre developed parcel located in an area of East Tampa developed primarily with residential and small commercial properties. Past use include gas station and potentail auto repair.
