Additional Property Attributes

The results of the Preliminary Assessment and geophysical survey did not find any potential areas of concern requiring investigation. The City of Trenton subsequently sold the property to the redeveloper of a large nearby building. Interim surface parking was planned for 2006, and residential development is in the planning stage.

Former Use: Stables from approximately the 1890s through the 1910s, gasoline service station from approximately 1920s through 1970.
