Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Residential from the 1890s through the 1920s, and a gasoline service station from approximately the 1930s through 1981. The site has been vacant since approximately 1981. The City of Trenton foreclosed on the site on October 24, 1984. Neither the City of Trenton (current owner) or the prior owner (Vernon Smith [1982-84]) are known to have dispensed or disposed of petroleum. The City of Trenton has maintained paved surfaces and fencing, thus limiting access, exposure, disturbance, and potential for additional contamination.
