Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site operated as a gasoline service station from approximately 1926 through 1952 and has been vacant since 1952. The City of Trenton foreclosed on the site on September 29, 1979. Neither the City of Trenton (current owner) or the prior owner (Compass Club of Trenton [1970-79]) are known to have dispensed or disposed of petroleum. The City of Trenton has maintained paved surfaces and chain link fencing, thus limiting exposure, disturbance, and the potential for additional contamination.
