Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site operated as a gasoline service station in the 1930s and as various auto/truck sales and service operations from approximately 1938 through around 1963. The site was also a restaurant parking lot from approximately the 1960s through the 1990s and is currently vacant. The City of Trenton foreclosed on the site on August 3, 2000. Neither the City of Trenton (current owner) or the prior owner (Juliet Group Inc. [1997-2000]) are known to have dispensed or disposed of petroleum. The City of Trenton has maintained paved surfaces, thus limiting exposure, disturbance, and the potential for additional contamination.
