Additional Property Attributes

There is an active gravel pit to the northeast of the property and an RV park to the southwest. There is no surface water at the site, but there are three ephemeral washes that cut through the property from northeast to southwest. The property is ready for reuse, no cleanup is required. The owners are planning to construct a light industrial park and have offered to donate a portion of the property to the community for use as a business incubator.

Former Use: The property consists of vacant, undeveloped land. Prior to purchase by Charleston Powerline LLC, the land was held by the Donald Crane Smith Trust. Historical records indicate the property has always been vacant, undeveloped land.
