Additional Property Attributes

The City of Sturgis is acquiring the property through a MSHDA Land Assembly Grant. The buildings will be razed and the property is required by the grant to remain undeveloped for a certain period of time. Future development on the site is likely to include greenspace, parking and commercial land use.

Former Use: The property was a roller rink, vacant residential land, a bakery, a park, and printing/lithographing prior to an automotive service station and filling station (1938-1984) then it was used for appliance repair and sales. One dwelling was used as apartments.
