Additional Property Attributes

The site is undeveloped with manure piles and general construction debris including concrete, wood, and rebar observed on the northern portion of the property. A temporary metal livestock corral is located near the center of the property. No cleanup was required, the property is ready for reuse. Nye County and the Town of Tonopah are exploring options for developing this property for either commercial or recreational use.

Former Use: Property consists of vacant, undeveloped land. Historical sources indicate the property has not been previously developed. The site is located adjacent to an area of livestock pens.
