Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site was owned and operated by Esso Standard Oil from July 27, 1956 through October 10, 1974 and was subsequently owned and operated by Johnsons Welding Service until the property was foreclosed by the City of Trenton on February 20, 2007. The site is currently vacant with the former gas station building still in place. Neither the City of Trenton (current owner) nor the prior owner (Johnsons Welding [1974-2007]) are known to have dispensed or disposed of petroleum. The City of Trenton has maintained chain link fencing around the property, thus limiting exposure, disturbance, and the potential for additional contamination.
