Additional Property Attributes

Impero Foods and Meats, a supplier to the restaurant industry, occupies the site adjacent to 120 South Janney Street. In need of space to expand their operations, they entered into a contract to purchase the property. By assisting with their all appropriate inquiry requirements, BDC was able to facilitate their transaction and help the company create more jobs in Baltimore City.

Former Use: In its current use, the property houses J.J. Abbott, Inc., a UV coating and laminating facility for the printing industry. The building was constructed in the 1950s and has been used as warehouse space and a doughnut company.
