Additional Property Attributes

The site is comprised of three 0.16-acre parcels of land respectively located at 2106, 110 and 2124 W. 18th Street in Texarkana, Bowie County, Texas. Each parcel has been improved with a single-family residence structure. At the time of site reconnaissance, the site was unoccupied; however, the structures were inaccessible due to the extensive amount of material and debris stored within. Visible portions of the residences at 2110 and 2124 W. 18th Street appeared to contain miscellaneous household items, boxes of clothing, debris and furniture. The residence at 2106 W. 18th Street appeared as a storage area for lumber. The northern portion at the residence at 2124 W. 18th Street contained plumbing supplies such as hot water heaters and piping; fire damage was observed onsite structures located at 2124. Exterior areas of the site were also inaccessible due to dense vegetative cover, and the extensive amount of debris and materials.
