Additional Property Attributes

Attorney fees and costs (6k) to acquire title and Ginko Planning and Design to create a Master Plan for an Industrial Park involving 1700 Wentworth (17 acres) SD 170 (21 acres) and other properties have been expended using leveraged City funds. Ground boring sampling revealed the presence of arsenic and benzo(a)anthracene in amounts exceeding TACO Tier 1 ives for ingestion. Aerial topography revealed an estimated 75000 cubic yards of construction and debris containing those substances in the 4 parcels which make up the site.

Former Use: Owned by Flintkote corporation as a asbestos tile and roofing materials fabricating plant until sold in 1989 to Action Wrecking Inc. Action Wrecking operated its demolition company at the site using it to store debris. Action Wrecking was involuntarily dissolved in 10/2002
