Former Use: There are multiple vacant buildings on the site. The site is surrounded by modern commercial development. It is flat and available for redevelopment. The original cleanup estimate was $1,250,000+/-. After this additional assessment, the estimate was reduced to $265,000+/-. The revised conceptual RAP was accepted by CTDEP.
