Additional Property Attributes

A plan to remove the dam and clean the site is being discussed with the DEP.

Former Use: The site is a pond and surrounding shore line. The pond was used to store water for the manufacturing facilities below the dam. The objective was to determine the environmental conditions of the pond and shoreline because the Town is considering the acceptance of some of the land as part of a greenway.
