Additional Property Attributes

The Phase II indicates some AOC that require further assessment to narrow the cleanup cost estimate.

Former Use: The site has been used by the Sessions Clock Co, Endee Heating, Bristol Chain Link Fence and the current construction company. The clock company conducted operations on the site since about 1905. The City wanted the assessment prior to foreclosing on the site for back taxes.
