Additional Property Attributes

-Former hosiery mill and industrial property -three gasoline service stations current or former within 100 ft -adjacent former automobile repair facility -located in historically industrial area -listed as a state hazardous waste site with organic contamination see data documentation for more detail - Cleanup planning includes the preparation of an ABCA for the property.

Former Use: Property developed prior to 1961 as a hosiery mill. Prior to 1961 a majority of the property appears to be undeveloped. Both on-site buildings are present in the early 1990s. Property currently remains owned by Regal Manufacturing however, is currently vacant.
