This project resulted in the cleanup and redevelopment of the former Stockyards site in the Menomonee Valley. Ziegler Bence completed a 144,000 sq ft light industrial building which houses a distribution company and an office tenant. The impact is 130 jobs and a 16 million tax base infusions into the key location in Miwlaukee's near-downtown area.
