Property owner was concerned about being located on the Rio de Flag wash, downstream of a former auto repair shop. Anecdotal information sources indicate that used oil and other contaminants were not properly disposed of during the time of operation, and were disposed of into the wash. The former repair shop is now a Real Estate office and hair salon.

Former Use: Historical uses include: residence, store, Elks Lodge, a nightclub, and currently a tea house.
