Additional Property Attributes

This property is key to the historic downtown and is currently being marketed for redevelopment. This building was found to have a large 10,000 gallon UST. Thorough assessment of the UST site and proper closure of the tank under the PA DEP Tanks Program lead to the sale of this property to a small business, Glemser Technologies, www.glemser.com. They are a tech consulting company with a focus on pharmaceutical software. The 2 million project will retain and expand the business with 30-40 employees.
