Additional Property Attributes

Phase I assessment has revealed no RECs in connection with the site. Contractor noted low-level environmental concerns with the site such as asbestos and lead-based paint due to the age of the building.

Former Use: Site is developed with an office building. Facility was used for oil blending from 1958-2005 and is currently used as a sheltered workshop for handicapped adults. 4/5/2010 - City Clerk Kelly Harrelson confirmed still used for same and no redevelopment.
