Additional Property Attributes

The stained surfaces found on the concrete floors inside the structure should be cleaned and any waste generated should be properly disposed. Soil samples in SW corner of the South adjoining property indicative of VOCs to subsurface of this property. VOCs not confirmed but suspected. Per MDNR, thus unknown if cleanup required if slab disturbed. Redevelopment used existing footprint so subsurface slab cover not disturbed.

Former Use: The site has entered the program for a 104k assessment. This approx 120 by 120 feet lot is enrolled in the 104k sub-grant program. At time of enrollment, the property was owned by Jim and Janice Holland who use the property for working on cars. Property transfer occurred to Dierberg Educational Foundation, Inc. after Phase I assessment. As of completion date of September 10, 2009, redeveloped into "Hermann Farm Stable", a future working stable now for exhibit and event use per developer's banker.
