Phase I ESA identified recognized environmental conditions with the property. Phase II ESA found PAHs in the surface soils but the levels did not exceed the default target levels so cleanup is not required no further action letter issued.

Former Use: The property was originially the Hermann Electrical Light Plant built around 1915. At an unknown time before 1946 the electricity production operations wer moved to another location and the building was converted to a maintenance and... Per 4-21-2010 email new property name is "Hermann Farm Forge and Wagon Works", a historical blacksmith and tin shop, classes and exhibits using original building 3300 square feetwith landscape improvements of heirloom plants and other enhancements.
