Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property was historically owned and operated by Barber Colman Co. Portions of this parcel were historically used for a heat treating shop and parking. Other portions contained several small residential dwellings and a former filling staion. The parcels were originally issued a NFR Letter for commercial/industrial standards. However, a proposed reuse includes a residential component. As a result, a revised NFR Letter meeting residential standards is being pursued.
