Additional Property Attributes

A Phase i and II ESA conducted on 1.66 acres located in the Downtown Garden Distrit. The vacant 20 year old blighted 12,600 square foot buildingis presently being renovated into a modern mass transit terminal for the City. The build is renovated into a modern mass transit terminal. The City leveraged over 5.1 million from Federal Transit Authority & Recovery Act 5307 Funds and Stimulus with local match to conduct the renovation and upgrades. A MBE completed the project generating approx. 125 construction jobs.

Former Use: Vacant for over 20 years used for Department of Transporation License Bureau... New renovation into City of Lake Charles Transite Facility and Office Complex.
