Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: According to previous environmental assessments, the property was historically utilized for industrial purposes including metal working and painting from 1951 to the present day. Several businesses conducted these operations on site � Kalamazoo Spring Corporation, Peterson Spring and Spring Tools Company. Chemicals previously used reportedly included paint, paint thinner, mineral spirits, water and oil based lubricants, hydraulic oil, compressor oil, transmission fluid, machine maintenance products and cleaning chemicals. The property was most recently owned by Brewco, LLC. Property was purchased by SFE Properties, LLC in 2009 and will allow a stainless steel fabrication and engineering business to expand their operations.
