Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property is located in a mixed residential and commercial area of the City. At the time the Phase I (2005) was conducted there was a vacant commercial building located on the parcel with a footprint of approximately 4,300 square-feet. The structure included an office and two-bay garage with a residence on the second floor. The site is served by municipal water and sewer. Historical uses of the subject property include use as a blacksmith shop, machine shop, automotive repair facility, and gasoline service station.
