The Roundhouse field site is located in the vicinity of a local hospital which is the focus of a local corridor planning/revitalization effort referred to as the "Pathway to Health". The Lycoming Housing Authority intends to redevelop the site as a mixed use (residential/retail) consistent with the plan.

Former Use: The Roundhouse Field site is 4.25 acres, contains recreational "ball"fields and is part of a larger public housing complex with the same name. The site is flat and covered with a maintained lawn. It has had this use since the 1970's. Prior to that the site was used as a rail road turn around and maintenance facility back to the latter part of the 19th century.
