Additional Property Attributes

Site was formerly the 'Lil Red Barn Gas Station from 1979-1989. As such, the site formerly contained two 4,000-gallon USTs and one 10,000-gallon UST located on the east side of the property. Soil and groundwater sampling was conducted at the site from November 1993 to August 1997. In August 1997, a Site Monitoring Report indicated contaminants were below Tier 1 cleanup levels and recommended that the site be classified no action required. On January 28, 1998 the IDNR issued a No Further Action certificate for the site. The Phase I was completed and the Phase II initiated with a property specific checklist however, the Phase II has not yet been completed.

Former Use: The site operated as the Li'l Red Barn gas station from 1979-1989, and became a vacant site after 1995. The current site owner, John Danneman, purchased the property on October 17, 1995. No buildings are currently located on the property.
