Additional Property Attributes

The Phase I Environmental Site Assessment revealed no evidence of any recognized environmental condition in connection with the property. The completion of this ESA will assist in future redevelopment of the site, primarily for commercial uses.

Former Use: Property Description/History/Past Ownership: Historical records indicate that the first use on the subject property likely occurred between 1981, although interviews with persons knowledgeable of the site indicate that the first use of the site occurred in 1960 with the construction of an elementary school and the site was vacant and undeveloped prior to this initial use. There are three buildings located on site. The largest building, which houses the Historical Society, Food Bank, Senior Center, Library, Meeting Rooms, and Sheriff�s Office is constructed of pre-engineered steel with a brick veneer and is approximately 9,800 square feet. A second building, which houses the Search and Rescue Department, is constructed of brick and is approximately 1,000 square feet. The third building, which houses the Public Works Department, is constructed of pre-engineered steel, and is approximately 1,000 square feet. The exterior of the property is landscaped with grass and desert trees and contains a baseball diamond, basketball court, and picnic tables.
