Additional Property Attributes

Assessment grant used to perform AAI for acquisition of four parcels (one building and outdoor storage) by a local business with the intent of expanding its manufacturing operations. The business was concerned with potential for buried debris in fill material placed on-site. As the new owner moves forward with expansion activities it is possible that some Phase II work may be needed. The expanded facility will likely create 60-70 new jobs and $5,000,000 in capital investment.

Former Use: Property housed a small industrial building with outdoor storage. There was some concern with possibility of inappropriate fill (debris and solid waste) placed on-site during fill by previous owner.
