Additional Property Attributes

Assessment grant used to perform Phase I Environmental Assessment to support a feasibility study for construction of a commercial amphitheater on the property along with future recreation amenities that could include various water features, pools, etc.

Former Use: Property housed a small industrial building with outdoor storage. There was concern with the possibility of inappropriate fill (debris and solid waste) placed on-site during fill by a previous owner..
