Additional Property Attributes

Phase I ESA completed in January 2009 revealed evidence suggesting a REC at the subject site due to adjacent dry cleaning facility anticipated to be upgradient of the subject site. A Phase II ESA completed in February 2009 indicated no subsurface impacts related to the identified REC. No additional assessment was recommended.

Former Use: Currently a vacant residential site with boarded structure. Historical records indicate residential land use back to 1950s.
