Former Use: The property is located within the City of Belding and was developed as early as 1892 with a residence and wagon shop. These structures were razed in 1918 when the original portion of the existing building was constructed. Additionas wer constructed between 1938 and 1948. The property was utilized as an automobile sales and service business from atleast 1918 until 1996 when it was vacated. The property was occupied by Mid-Michigan Press Repair from 1996 until 2003. In addition Silk City Soda Blasting occupied the property from 1996 until November 2006.
