Additional Property Attributes

Phase I ESA performed in December 2008 revealed RECs associated with historical land use of the subject site and adjacent properties. A subsequent Phase 2 ESA performed in January-February 2009 revealed low-level PAHs in one groundwater sample well below the natural attenuation criteria and at a level below laboratory detection limits in a confirmatory sample. While no additional assessment was recommended, the Client and site owner were advised to seek legal council regarding reporting requirements and/or land use restrictions.
