Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site previously contained a residential building which has since been demolished. The historical research indicated no other structure was located at this property. A 1,000-gallon heating fuel UST was removed in January 2008 from the property and determined to have leaked. The site was previously owned by SINA Properties Inc. Pope Park Zion LLC a 501C Non-Profit wholly-owned subsidiary of Southside Institutions Neighborhood Alliance SINA acquired the site to implement SINA's neighborhood stabilization & revitalization initiatives.
