Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site previously contained a residential building which has since been demolished. The historical research indicated no other structure was located at this property. Two 1,200-gallon heating fuel USTs were removed in January 2008 and were determined to have been leaking. The previous owner of the site was Richard Brown. Pope Park Zion LLC a 501C Non-Profit wholly-owned subsidiary of Southside Institutions Neighborhood Alliance SINA acquired the site to implement SINA's neighborhood stabilization & revitalization initiatives.
