Additional Property Attributes

This project is part of the Downtown Development Master Plan. The property is located near the banks of the Mississippi River.

Former Use: The Stratton Property is a vacant former service station. It was developed in the late 1800's and since 1920 multiple owners operated a service station, automotive repair facility, creamery, grocery store and brewery on the property.
