Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Primarilly agricultural until 1972 when the site was developed into a commercial retail shopping center, formerly known as the Southwyck Mall. A gas station was on one parcel during 1959-1973. The properties contain one large building and two smaller structures that make up about 800,000 square feet. The buildings are surrounded by asphalt parking and driveways. The site is located in a predominately commercial area with some residential.
