Former Use: The site is currently vacant, but has been developed with vehicle maintenance and operation facilities and contains a main brick/block structure, an unattached pole barn and an unattached storage building. Land uses immediately adjoining the property and in the general vicinity of the property are described as commercial and residential usage. Historical 4,000 gasoline UST use on-site. Site is a listed state site of contamination (Part 201) as the reported result of salt storage related contamination as witnessed by MDEQ in 2004. Historical use of site for vehicle maintenance area of main building. Properties with Underground Storage Tanks (UST) that have potential to impact site � 3 sites near property.
