Additional Property Attributes

Property has been renovated into Smitty's Chimney Sweeps and Stoves.

Former Use: Current ownership for last 15 years. Previous owner: G. Bennett. Lies adjacent to Seven Gables truck stop and gas station. Petro leak 30-40 years ago with corner contamination. Historical research shows that the subject property was developed since the 1930s and originally occupied by Young Oil Company from 1937 to the 1960s. It was also occupied by a diesel truck repair company in the 1960s and 1970s. Occupied by Webco Engineering, Inc and Redneck, Inc. in the early 1980s. Midwest Therman Products occupied the site in the early 1990s, and Midwest Insulation and Siding utilized the property in the late 1990s. Habitat for himanity utilized the site as a resale shop from 2001 until the renovation of the site.
