Additional Property Attributes

Based on Phase I ESA prepared by a previous consultant and concerns observed during a preliminary site inspection, a Phase II ESA was conducted to address potential RECs adjacent industrial facility and former on-site orange grove. The Phase II findings indicated no RECs on-site at the time of the report March 2009.
