Additional Property Attributes

Vacant property used for auto salvage. Court order gained access for a PA and SI. No impacts to the soil and GW found. The SI Report of Sept. 2009 lead to a No Further Action Letter in June 2010. The Borough is considering the property for a public works facility or other municipal use versus a commerical or industrial use in this newer industrial district.
