Additional Property Attributes

This Phase I ESA has revealed no evidence of RECs in connection with the Property except for the following: � The potential for undetected or unreported releases of hazardous substances and/or petroleum products associated with the Property�s former use as a furniture manufacturing company the drum outside of the boiler house on the Property the storage and use of chemicals within the buildings on the Property the transformers within the boiler house the floor drain in the boiler house and the pits inside the main building. � The potential for migration of undetected or unreported releases of hazardous substances and/or petroleum products from the north and east adjoining sites.

Former Use: The eastern portion of the Property was used for residential purposes from at least 1888 until sometime between 1953 and 1967. As of 1912, a five-story furniture manufacturing building, boiler house, and dry kiln were constructed on the western portion of the Property. From 1912 to at least 1967, the Property was utilized for residential and manufacturing purposes. From 1970 to 2002, the Property was used for manufacturing and warehousing operations. As of 2007, the Property was utilized as a storage facility.
