Property Highlights

Phase I assessment under EPA Brownfields Grant #97611501. Property will attach to the contiguous Center for the Traditional Louisiana Boat. Cleanup to include paving of a portion of the portion of the property closest to the street and installation of a wooden deck at the rear of the property. This will allow the site to be used for boat building classes and during street festivals in the area. Cleanup planned to utilize sub-grant to Town through South Louisiana Coalition Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund.

Former Use: Vacant lot located at the south side of Ford Building being renovated as boat museum. Site has two USTs and an hydraulic lift. Property will be use to support museum activity.
