Additional Property Attributes

Property owners can trace their lineage back to historic Flagstaff. A portion of the property formerly contained a rail spur used to bring wood back and forth from a historic Mill. The Mill was located on what later became Route 66. The property with the Motel will be purchased by the lessee, and the Phase I was needed for the property transfer. The sale of the property to the Motel manager will foster the building of a two-story structure, enabling the small Motel to compete in a larger market.

Former Use: Past uses include commerical use, parking, residential, restaurant, former rail spur.
